October 15thto 17th, 2014, the 7thChina (Shanghai) IFME, 2014 was held in Shanghai World Expo exhibition hall. The opening ceremony was held in October 15th; relevant leaders HuangLi, Su Yongqiang, Sui Yongbin, Zhang Haibao, Song Yinli, and Zhang Zonglie attended the opening ceremony. The president of China General Machinery Association, Su Yongqiang introduced the attendance of the leaders and guests, Deputy director of the National Energy Bureau of energy conservation and technology equipment division, and HuangLi announced the 7th China (Shanghai) IFME officially began.

This session of the exhibition was hosted by the China General Machinery Industry Association. It is a biennial gathering which provides communication and presentation for the best domestic fluid machinery technology and equipment (value equipment) in china. It is also a platform for fluid industries to have exchange and cooperation. The exhibitors from fluid industries could have a direct communication with all kinds of customers at home and abroad, distributors and other enterprises, in order to open up the domestic and foreign markets, effectively promote the exchanges and cooperation among home-abroad, supply-demand, as well as production-study-research. This exhibition is not only a centralized platform which gathered the name-brand industries of fluid and value, but also a wide booth for industries and enterprises to present their competitive products. The design of the booth is novel and unique, whose image is decorated by bright colors, so that the audience could be attracted easily. There are more than 1000 kinds of products as well as nearly 3000 models brought to the exhibition. The high technology content and strong specialization of exhibits reflect the theme of “Green Power, Creative Development”, while showing the three main characteristics of “New, Large and High”. In the exhibition area, the high-tech water-lubricated bearing developed by A&Z Science Co., Ltd and Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences has won many professionals to stop and visit due to its excellent quality and great variety. During the exhibition, Huangli, the deputy director of the Department of Science and Technology Equipment in National Energy Administration, Sui Yongbin, the president of the China General Machinery Industry Association, Song Yinli, the Secretary General of China Valve Association, Zhang Zonglie, the executive vice president of China Valve Association as well as other leaders participated in the exhibition opening ceremony, and visited the relevant enterprises’ booth and communicated with the leadership.
